These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, dashboard, forms, resources, communications, and related services provided by Michael J. Gauthier and the “Created for More” and “The Stewardship Blueprint” programs (collectively, “MJG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to:

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use account-based or interactive features, unless your use is authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the services if doing so would violate applicable law or a contractual restriction.

2. Purpose of the Services

MJG provides content and experiences related to stewardship, faith, family, fitness, purpose, finances, habits, life design, and legacy. Services may include:

Educational and inspirational content
The Stewardship Blueprint and related resources
Account and dashboard features
Reflection prompts, assessments, worksheets, and forms
Event and appointment registration
Email and SMS updates
Community, feedback, contact, and support features
Other resources or features made available by MJG

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Educational Information; No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, MJG website and program content is provided for general educational, informational, inspirational, and faith-based purposes.

Content made available through the services is not a substitute for personalized:

Financial planning or investment advice
Securities, brokerage, or insurance advice
Legal advice
Tax or accounting advice
Medical or mental-health advice
Estate-planning advice

Your use of the services does not, by itself, create a financial-adviser, investment-adviser, broker, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, therapist-patient, or other professional relationship.

Any professional services offered by Michael J. Gauthier, an affiliated professional, or a separate firm are governed by separate disclosures, agreements, licenses, and regulatory requirements. In the event of a conflict, the applicable signed professional-services agreement controls.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions based on your individual circumstances.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Use reasonable security precautions
Promptly notify MJG of suspected unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by law

You may not share credentials in a way that compromises the services or another person’s information.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the services, users, or MJG.

5. User Submissions

The services may allow you to submit messages, responses, notes, files, feedback, reflections, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant MJG a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

Provide and improve the services
Respond to your requests
Maintain security and backups
Comply with law
Enforce these Terms

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your submission does not violate law, another person’s rights, or these Terms.

Do not submit information belonging to another person unless you have lawful authority and any required consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
Attempt to access another user’s account or restricted systems
Circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security measures
Introduce malware, malicious code, or disruptive technology
Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract content through automated means without written permission
Interfere with the operation or availability of the services
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Send spam, unsolicited communications, or unlawful marketing
Use MJG content or communications to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence system without written permission
Use the services in a manner that could expose MJG, its providers, or other users to liability or regulatory risk

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access.

7. SMS and MMS Terms

7.1 Program

7.2 Consent

You may enroll through:

SMS Opt-In

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize MJG and its messaging providers to send SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted by law.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, creating an account, accessing general website content, or receiving services that do not require text messaging.

You represent that:

You are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided
You are authorized to consent to messages at that number
The information you provide is accurate

Do not provide a number belonging to another person without authorization.

7.3 Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies and is generally limited to a few messages per month, although frequency may increase around events, appointments, or requested interactions.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

7.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by:

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No additional SMS program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

7.6 Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside MJG’s control. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.7 Privacy

SMS information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by carriers, aggregators, messaging providers, and technical vendors solely as necessary to deliver, secure, support, or document MJG communications.

By subscribing, you consent to receive the types of email communications described in the applicable sign-up form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Unsubscribing from promotional or program emails does not prevent MJG from sending necessary transactional, account, security, legal, or direct-response communications.

9. Appointments and Events

Appointments, event registrations, and participation may be subject to additional terms, availability, eligibility requirements, cancellation policies, waivers, or separate agreements.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an appointment, event seat, service, or opportunity is available or confirmed.

10. Intellectual Property

The services and their content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, audio, video, layouts, software, prompts, worksheets, assessments, and The Stewardship Blueprint materials—are owned by or licensed to MJG and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, MJG grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit MJG content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the services, you grant MJG a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that MJG will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, software, social networks, scheduling tools, communications providers, embedded media, or other services.

MJG does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

13. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services. We do not guarantee that:

The services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Content will always be current, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose
Defects will always be corrected
Data will never be lost

We may perform maintenance or make changes without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

MJG DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

MJG DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PARTICULAR PERSONAL, SPIRITUAL, FINANCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, RELATIONSHIP, HEALTH, OR OTHER RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MJG AND ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MJG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MJG FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJG and its owners, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the services
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of another person’s rights

This section does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by MJG’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the services at any time.

MJG may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

A violation of these Terms
Security, fraud, abuse, or legal concerns
Risk to MJG, users, providers, or third parties
Discontinuation of a service
A legal or governmental requirement

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and MJG consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated Terms will be posted at:

The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

20. General Terms

20.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement governing general use of the services, except for any separate written agreement that applies to a specific professional service, transaction, event, or program.

20.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.

20.3 No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without MJG’s written consent. MJG may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, business transaction, or transfer of services, subject to applicable law.
